Creative Planning, a leading RIA based in Overland Park, Kansas, announced its largest acquisition by assets under management, acquiring McLean, Virginia-based Sullivan, Bruyette, Speros & Blayney, which manages $5 billion in client assets. SBSB, founded in 1991 with approximately 60 employees, previously operated independently after buying itself back from BMO Harris Bank in 2016.
