Matthew Fleissig is Co-Founder and CEO of Pathstone, a comprehensive investment and wealth advisory firm serving ultra-wealthy families, family offices, and institutions. He is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic vision, accelerating innovation, and driving long-term growth. Matt is a shareholder, a member of the Executive Leadership Team, and serves on the Board of Managers.
Earlier in his career, Matt was a Principal at Harris myCFO Investment Advisory, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families on investment, tax, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategies. Prior to Harris myCFO, he was a Financial Planner at The Ayco Company, a Goldman Sachs Company. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ.
