Jenny Johnson is CEO and President of Emigrant Partners, where she sets the firm’s strategic direction and oversees a team responsible for providing capital and advice to partner firms, making new platform investments, and supporting sub-acquisitions. Prior to assuming the CEO role in 2023, she led the firm’s Strategic Advisory efforts, working closely with partner firm leadership on growth opportunities and business initiatives.
Jenny has more than 25 years of experience in wealth management, institutional asset management, investment banking, and financial services. Prior to joining Emigrant Partners, she held leadership roles at BrightSphere Investment Group and BNY Mellon Wealth Management and worked in investment banking at Berkshire Capital Corporation and Canaccord Adams. Jenny holds a B.A. from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
