Corey Kupfer

Corey Kupfer is Founder and Managing Partner of Kupfer PLLC, where he advises clients on corporate structuring, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and other business transactions. An entrepreneur since the age of 15, Corey works closely with business owners on growth, deal-making, and long-term business strategy.
Prior to founding Kupfer PLLC, Corey practiced with Seyfarth Shaw and Herrick, Feinstein and later operated his own law practice before reestablishing Kupfer PLLC in 2015. He earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1986.
