He also participated on the firm’s investment committee and supported strategic planning initiatives across finance, marketing, and operations, coordinating with the board and management team.

Through that experience, Brett spent significant time cultivating relationships with private equity firms and platform buyers involved and interested in the wealth management ecosystem.
