Lisa Crafford
Managing Director & Head of Advisory, Constellation Wealth Capital
Lisa serves as the Managing Director and Head of the Strategic Advisory Group. She works closely with CWC’s partner firms’ founders and CEOs on strategy formation and execution, executive recruiting, leadership development, and facilitation of board and leadership meetings. She is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining CWC, Lisa was a Director and the Head of Business Consulting at BNY Mellon | Pershing where she helped wealth management and advisory firms grow and strengthen their businesses. In addition, Lisa founded the INSITE University Student Experience and The Next Leadership Forum.
Lisa is a regular speaker at industry conferences, thought leader, and contributor to industry publications.
She also sits on the RIA Advisory Board for both Capital Group and Vista Equity Partners. Earlier in her career, Lisa was the Director of Business Management for an RIA in the DC Metro area.
Lisa earned a B.A. in Business Management and French from the University of Technology Sydney in Australia and an MBA from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
